Terms of service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
These terms govern your use of whoburnedmore, including its website, command-line tool, macOS app, leaderboards, and boards. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for your account, the sign-in method you choose, and activity performed with your credentials.
Google and GitHub OAuth are used to authenticate your identity. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another account, or bypass account and service safeguards.
Service description
whoburnedmore reads supported AI coding-tool logs locally, calculates aggregate token-usage totals, and can publish those totals to leaderboards and boards you choose to use. Features may evolve as supported tools, models, and service infrastructure change.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false or manipulated usage, probe or disrupt the service, evade rate limits or moderation, access data without permission, introduce malicious code, scrape the service abusively, or use it in a way that violates law or another person's rights. We may restrict or remove access when reasonably needed to protect users or the service.
Public submissions and user controls
Public submissions may include your chosen handle, profile image, social links, rankings, and aggregate usage totals. You represent that you have the right to submit this content. You keep ownership of it and grant us a limited license to host, process, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate and promote the service.
Visibility settings let you opt out of the public leaderboard and manage your profile. Email us from your verified address with the subject Delete your account to request deletion of your first-party account and submitted data.
Third-party services
The service depends on third-party services such as Google, GitHub, Vercel, PostHog, Microsoft Azure, MongoDB, and Google Cloud. Their terms and privacy policies govern your direct use of their products. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms and will post changes here with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
Warranty disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation to the extent permitted by law. Token counts and cost estimates are informational and may differ from provider billing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of use arising from the service. Any total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
