Before you run it

Do I need to install anything?
No. npx downloads and runs the command for you.
Do I need an account?
No. See your dashboard first. Sign in only when you want to save a claimed profile, add a handle, or join the public leaderboard.
What leaves my machine?
Usage totals: token counts, estimated cost, dates, tools, and models. Not prompts, code, file names, or project names.
How do I keep it local?
Run npx whoburnedmore --local. It builds a dashboard on your machine and skips the leaderboard.

One command reads your local AI coding usage, totals your burn, and opens a dashboard. Claim a public spot only when you want your name on the board.

Needs Node.js 18 or newer. Works on macOS, Linux, and Windows.

Paste npx whoburnedmore into your terminal.

You get tokens, estimated cost, tool breakdowns, and rank. Use --dry-run to preview the summary first.
